1. How exactly do the Mkt-Viper Indicators work?

Mkt-Viper is not just a “buy/sell” overlay. It is a complete market telemetry system. The Suite is divided into 3 parts that function together to provide an in depth analysis of any market:
  • **The Mkt-Viper Pro: **Determines the immediate trend direction, over extension and volatility state using our proprietary Viper Trend Engine.
  • The Mkt-Viper Edge: Maps out key road blocks, potential reversal levels and important shifts in market structure using our institutional detection algorithms.
  • The Viper Oscillator: Measures the underlying velocity of price action and money flow to confirm direction, momentum and exhaustion.

2. Do the signals repaint?

No. Mkt-Viper signals never repaint once the candle has closed.
  • During a live candle: You may see a signal (like a trend signal or structure label) appear and disappear. This is normal behavior as the algorithms process real-time tick data.
  • **After the close: **Once the Candle closes and the signal is locked in, it is permanent. It will never move, vanish and change on historical data.
Technical Disclosure: The ‘Auto Chart Patterns’ engine employs confirmation-based logic. To filter false positives, geometric lines are drawn retrospectively once specific pivot points are validated by price action. This could cause the Auto Chart Patterns to move and update as the price data unfolds. Technical Disclosure: Smart Grid “Dynamic Calibration” Powered by our proprietary ‘Dynamic Calibration’ algorithm, the Viper Smart Grid is a dynamic structure engine that adapts to live market conditions. The system autonomously updates, merges, or removes Support and Resistance levels based on recent price action, ensuring your chart remains uncluttered and focused solely on high-probability pivots

3. What markets and assets can i trade?

Our algorithms rely on Volatility and Volume. Therefore, they perform exceptionally well on assets with high liquidity and movement.

4. Which timeframe is the best?

The Mkt-Viper algorithms are fractal, meaning they function mathematically on any chart from the 1-minute to the Monthly. However, we strictly recommend Multi-Timeframe Confluence over focusing on a single chart. It is statistically unwise to trade against the higher timeframe trend. **The Golden Rule: **If your Higher Timeframe (e.g., 4-Hour) is showing a Bullish Trend, you should only be looking for Long entries on your Lower Timeframe (e.g., 15-Minute). The Risk: trying to short on a 5-minute chart while the Daily chart is screaming “Buy” is a low-probability play. We built the Mkt-Viper Dashboard (included in the Edge indicator) specifically to solve this. It displays the trend status across 6 different timeframes simultaneously. The best “timeframe” to trade is the one that aligns with the momentum of the charts above it.

5. How do I get access after purchase?

The process is automated but requires one manual step from you:
  1. After selecting your plan, you will be prompted with a form during checkout requesting your TradingView username and Discord username.
  2. You must enter your EXACT TradingView and Discord Username into this form.
  3. Once submitted, please be patient to receive your access, it could take a few minutes to 1-12 hours for your indicators to be delivered.
  4. Once delivered, Navigate to the “Invite-only scripts” folder in your TradingView Indicators tab to load the tools.

6. Is there a free trial?

No. We do not offer free trials for two reasons: Intellectual Property Protection: Our code contains proprietary logic that we have spent a lot of time developing. Restricting access ensures that our methodology remains exclusive to paid members. Commitment: Mkt-Viper is a professional tool suite with a learning curve. A short trial is rarely enough time to master the system. We want members who are committed to learning the methodology.

7. Can I automate trades using Mkt-Viper?

Yes. All Mkt-Viper indicators are fully compatible with TradingView’s native webhook alert system. You can automate trades by connecting our signals to third-party platforms like 3Commas, PineConnector, or Capitalise.ai. However, the current integration is standardized, meaning you will need to manually copy and paste your bot’s JSON commands (message payloads) into the TradingView alert box when setting up your signals. Coming Soon: We are working diligently on a dedicated “Viper Bot” module. This standalone tool will feature a “Plug-and-Play” interface, allowing you to input your Bot IDs directly into the settings for a seamless, fully automated experience without the manual coding. 8. Will this guarantee that I make money?

Absolutely not. Any developer who guarantees you profit is lying to you. Mkt-Viper provides you with high-probability data and clarifies market structure, but it cannot predict the future with 100% certainty. Trading involves substantial risk. You are responsible for your own risk management, psychology, and execution. We provide the compass; you must steer the ship.

9. I am a total beginner. Is this for me?

While Mkt-Viper is built with institutional concepts (like Order Flow and Matrix logic), we have designed the visuals to be intuitive. Features like the Dashboard and Auto-Tuning make it accessible for newer traders. However, we strongly suggest you read this documentation thoroughly to understand why a signal is generating, rather than blindly following alerts.

10. What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Because Mkt-Viper provides immediate access to proprietary digital software and intellectual property which cannot be “returned,” we operate under a strict No Refund Policy. Once your TradingView username has been authorized and the scripts are unlocked, the service is considered fully delivered. You may request a refund before your TradingView scripts have been delivered. Subscription Management: You are free to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. You will retain access to the indicators until the end of your current billing cycle. Technical Support: If you are experiencing technical issues or trouble loading the charts, our support channels are available to resolve the problem effectively.
